Director of IT
The Information Technology Director is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of all technology initiatives at Windham Mountain Club. This role oversees the entire IT infrastructure and key business systems, including the RTP One Point of Sale platform, to drive efficiency, innovation, and an exceptional guest and staff experience. Through strategic planning, robust analysis, and effective team leadership, the IT Director guides the company’s technological direction, manages vendor relationships, and ensures the security and stability of our digital environment.

Snowmaking Systems Operator
The Snowmaking Systems Operator performs a critical role in the snowmaking operation. This individual operates, monitors, and controls the snowmaking systems. Snowmaking systems include but are not limited to: local and remote high pressure pumping stations, local high volume compressor system, and multiple computer platforms for automated snowmaking systems. Outside of the operational season this role performs mechanical and electrical industrial maintenance.

The Lift Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Lift Operations Manager with hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising all lift operations staff including Lead Operators and Lift Operators. Kissing Bridge – Head of Lift Maintenance
Job description
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Lift Maintenance to oversee the safe and efficient operation, inspection, and maintenance of all aerial and surface lifts across the resort. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring lift reliability, safety compliance, and team leadership within the Mountain Operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform routine and preventative maintenance on all chairlifts and surface lifts
- Ensure all lifts meet federal, state, and manufacturer regulations and safety standards
- Manage and document daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections
- Lead, train, and schedule a team of lift maintenance technicians
- Maintain inventory of lift maintenance tools, parts, and supplies
- Respond promptly to lift operations issues and support lift mechanics during repairs
- Work closely with Lift Operations and other departments to coordinate safe lift operations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in ski lift maintenance fix grip lifts or related mechanical/electrical field
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of aerial and surface lift systems (Doppelmayr, etc.)
- Ability to work at heights and in variable weather conditions
- Understanding of ANSI B77, NY State tramway codes, and lift operation regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb towers, work at heights, and operate machinery
- Comfort working outdoors in extreme weather conditions
