You should reserve your room as soon as possible.  Within 30 days of the Expo the room block will be released and getting a reservation will be more challenging.  However there are other lodging properties as well.

The Sagamore is located on Lake George at 110 Sagamore Road, Bolton Landing, New York 12814. The resort is accessible by air to Albany International Airport, by Amtrak from New York and Montreal, and by automobile via Interstate 87 (the Northway). We are within a short drive of most Mid-Atlantic, New England, Quebec and Ontario Province metropolitan areas.

FROM BOSTON TO THE SAGAMORE

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) West towards Albany. After toll, continue to follow signs for New York State Thruway/I-87. Take NYS Thruway north to Albany Exit 24. Immediately after toll, take Exit 1N (I-87 North to Montreal). Continue north on I-87 to Exit 22, Lake George Village. Stay to the left on the exit ramp and follow signs for Bolton Landing. At the end of the ramp, at the traffic light, turn left onto Route 9N (Lake Shore Drive). Follow road for 9 miles to Bolton Landing. In the village of Bolton Landing, turn right at the second traffic light onto Sagamore Road. Follow road 1/4 mile over small bridge to the Guest Registration Center, which is on your immediate left after crossing the bridge.

WESTERN NEW YORK STATE TO THE SAGAMORE

Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) East to Albany Exit 24. Go north on the Adirondack Northway (I-87) and get off at Exit 22. Take route 9N North for 9 miles to the town of Bolton Landing. At the second traffic light turn right onto Sagamore Road. Follow Sagamore Road onto the Island. The reception building will be on your left after crossing the bridge.
