Welcome to the SANY/PSAA EXPO website. We strive to combine an excellent venue with the best educational, social and networking experience possible.

This year we are delighted to hold our event at the world class Sagamore Resort on Lake George. This location is known for its beautiful setting, excellent accommodations and meeting space well as outstanding cuisine.

We are offering over 20 diverse seminars on Tuesday and Wednesday morning including the NSAA fall series workshops as well as 6 hours of trade show time on both Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday we are once again hosting a Disney Keys for Excellence presentation that will focus on customer service.

As always we strive to compliment the educational experience with social activities and networking opportunities. This year on Monday enjoy a round of golf on the Donald Ross designed Sagamore course and for those of you that are not golfers we have arranged for a Lake George boat cruise aboard the MV Morgan the Sagamore’s own “yacht”. Both nights we will have live entertainment on site as well as enjoy fireworks provided by Jim Young over the lake on Tuesday night after our Gala dinner.

We are looking forward to seeing you and based on advance interest we expect this to be our best EXPO ever. Please make your reservations early as many types of rooms and rates are limited and will sell out.

SAM Magazine is pleased to introduce the first annual Summer Ops Camp. This unique gathering will bring together top summer attraction operators from the mountain resort industry and the amusement park industry. Through engaging presentations, a panel of experts representing all aspects of summer attractions and operations, and on-site visits, attendees will come away with great new ideas to bring home to their own resorts. The program will also encourage resort managers to exchange ideas on best practices for summer operations--all of this surrounded by the beautiful setting of The Sagamore Resort in Lake George, N.Y.

Full-day program explores secrets of great customer service

BOLTON LANDING, NY (5/27/2010) – Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development program, “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service,” to Bolton Landing, NY on September 22, 2010.  Sponsored locally by ISKINY and the Pennsylvania Ski Areas Association, the full-day event will give area professionals an opportunity to “experience the business behind the magic.” The program will be held at The Sagamore Resort and give participants new ideas for creating a service-driven organization that delivers excellence.
